the outfield position hasn't been this weak overall in decades.  baseball is going to need to change something to make offense a bit easier (i.e. juicing the baseballs in 1987) or else at the rate things are going batters will be striking out every other at bat.

Pat Corbin, Cliff Lee, Max Scherzer, Clayton Kershaw and Yu Darvish disagree. Harvey's talented, no doubt, but there's no way he's as good as he's been this year. It's all luck and hype. Mets fans seem to think he's the best thing to happen since sliced bread and for what it's worth the run has been a breath of fresh air for those long suffering Metropolitan fans but he's going to regress. Either because the league will finally adjust to him or because he'll become a coke head like Mets stars before him.
