God, that is so completely offbeat, it's unbelievable.  Why anyone made this, let alone reposted it, is a kind of mystery.

The Meth part is cool and I never heard that hook, so +1 anyway but the Pac and Daz parts were indeed much too offbeat.

I believe the Meth part is an actual track.  They just added Pac and Daz's acapellas from "Don't Stop". I've never understood why people do something like this if they aren't going to put in the effort. I remember that cat, Mr. Cynical, used to make great mixes, because he would manipulate the vocals to go with the beat. Just playing acapellas over ill-fitting instrumentals is the worst crime against music there is.
