From someone that knows a little about that record label from a non website perspective. Ray J is just a kid from C-Arson who hangs around some Bloods and is a friend of Suge Knight and the Boo Yaa Tribe. Suge considers Ray J his little homie. I heard that straight from dog's mouth. So yes, they are cool on a personal level, recording wise, I have no ideal about that.

he got pissed they took him off Fuck Tonight and some others and replaced him with Danny Boy. oh well
