Greg Kading Has Just Broken Federal Law

Greg Leaked Several Internal Documents Today In Response To The Russ Poole Interview that are clearly illegally obtained documents from the FBI.
On October 7, 2011 Richard Bond contacted the Internal Affairs division of the LAPD, with the accusation that Greg Kading absconded with Documents, Interviews, and property, that was only not his to take but not to be disseminated publicly.
This Document, watermarked with Greg Kading's name all over it and disseminated publicly specifically states (at the bottom) that the document was property of the FBI, loaned to a police agency, and that its contents are not to be distributed.
This is the Smoking Gun that proves that Richard Bond was and is correct in his accusations.
If I am not mistaken, taking FEDERAL PROPERTY is in fact, a FEDERAL CRIME. This is a blatant criminal act and a Federal Offense. Theft or conversion of FEDERAL Property [CLEARLY Marked 'FEDERAL PROPERTY'] is a violation of FEDERAL LAW.
Russell Poole Just got done saying, in my recent interview with him, that Greg Kading, a dishonored cop, absconded with materials that were not legally his to take.
Hey Greg Kading , you know you just F'd up Right? This is criminal activity. Cut and DRY.

Section 1905 of Title 18 prohibits the disclosure of various forms of confidential government information including trade secrets, processes, operations, style of work or apparatus by an employee of the United States. To establish a violation of this section, the government must prove that: (1) the defendant was an officer or employee of the United States; (2) the defendant disclosed confidential information; and (3) the defendant knew that the information so disclosed was confidential "in the sense that its disclosure is forbidden by agency official policy (or by regulation or law). United States v. Wallington, 889 F.2d 573, 578 (5th Cir. 1989).
