 Thats it off the top of the head but Ive seen alot of Japanese stuff. But they're more just weird or violent or perverted than sick(usually more funny or wtf than sick).

I read up on that cannibal holocaust and it sounds worse than seed. ripping still born out of a pregnant woman's stomach and throwing it into a hole and burying it while caving the woman's head in with rocks? & that seems to be the tame parts of it. Not one I would like to watch.

The human centipede is a 'wtf lol' kind of sickness but the cannibal holocaust sounds pretty far out there. Apparently the filmmakers were arrested and had to present the cast in a court of law to prove that murder wasn't committed on the movie
