The human centipede is a 'wtf lol' kind of sickness but the cannibal holocaust sounds pretty far out there. Apparently the filmmakers were arrested and had to present the cast in a court of law to prove that murder wasn't committed on the movie

Yeah, I heard something like that too. Almost curious to see the movie for that reason but I'm not really into extreme shock-value violence in general, and this sounds like it's at the top of the list.
