Top 5 Most Intelligent Rappers on the West Coast

Been thinking about this for some time. After watching interviews with a lot of rappers, it is clear that some of them are very intelligent people. I'm not talking about lyrics here. I'm talking about the overall level of intelligence they exhibit in their lyrics, their interviews, their hustle, and the overall moves they made.

Here's who I think should be on the top 5:

3. Too Short
4. WC
5. E-40

I'd say Dr. Dre is the most intelligent one of them all if the rumors are true and he fucked over so many people over the years and he made over a 100 million last year.

Yeah, Crooked I has a head on his shoulders, for sure. He seems more intelligent in his lyrics than in his interviews though.

I know his lyrics wouldn't suggest it nowadays, but in interviews Kurupt seems like an intelligent person. Also, he gets a lot of respect from other rappers (Bizzy Bone, DJ Quik, etc) which would suggest that he's a good dude. And when Nate passed, he seemed the most cut up so maybe the realest out of the DPG camp.
