All of this tanking nonsense only came about this year because Wiggins, Parker, Randel and Gordon are going to be franchise players.

Tanking in the NBA doesn't get you anywhere anyway with the lottery.

I do like the idea in general though.

Tanking been around for a while now.. Thing is, it usually backfires, because the worst team almost never wins the lottery.

Problem wit this idea is that it's bad for small market teams and will help the power houses get stronger.. Also, some consensus first picks will probably play another year of college to avoid getting drafted the years bucks, raptors, cavs, etc pick first overall.

Yeah, imagine a team like the Heat landing Wiggins this year or some shit. Didn't even consider the second factor either. The current system is obviously far from perfect, but this isn't the answer.
