I think I'd take both Chronic's over any two Cube albums. Not lyrically, but as total packages.

But to answer this question, Dre by a landslide. Two classic albums, GOAT producer, produced classic albums, worked with Pac, gave us Snoop, Em & 50.

The beats on Relapse is more than Cube has offered Hip Hop in over a decade lol.
