ahhh Gobi. lmao. The kickstarter failed. Gobi tried to sue Frank A, RJ Bond and ME (I dunno why me..) for copyright infringement on footage that RJ BOND is privy too. Apparently he figured me for a business partner with RJ. Any way.. when Gobi did that, Frank sent him a cease and desist letter concerning that HOB clip that shows Frank talking to Pac. So now that Frank is gone, RJ owns the likeness rights to Frank. Gobi fucked up with that lawsuit..badly. Not only was it dismissed before ever seeing a court, he has no rights to anyone (Suge, Pac, Frank..etc) images.. so it became dead in the water. A distributor wont touch it. And just like evryone else, Gobi wanted $$$ up front. smh. so gobi doesnt own the rights to his footage because it was done on a work for hire basis. the only person that could release that movie is the estate, but gobi will not give them the footage.. he wants to sell it. Well, no one is buying it. He waited too long.. 100/sec footage is now pretty much worthless to anyone at this point because no one can release it other than a bootleg. I lay the blame directly on GOBI. and his GREED and arrogance.

As for you what took you so long after 17 years to step up to the plate if you cared so much for Tupac...Oh that's right Suge Knight was still around & in Charge, U tucked ur tail until you felt the coast was clear enough and Suge lost his creditability on the streets, while I wrote book's and did my Story you saw it was safe for you 17 years LATER to now step up and Claim Tupac as a Friend...Do U even know the meaning of Friendship if not here's a Little Clue 4U...
