u do realize it's a in-house rivalry, right? like the clippers all u want, i actually know a few laker fans like u....but these clippers (and especially doc rivers) are truly trying to push this anti-laker agenda + claim they the new team in town, that the lakers are yesterdays news and alla that disrespectful bs....they WANT us to look bad...they feed off of it. did u know the clipper organization put a clipper jersey on the magic statue and red-white-blue balloons all over the other laker legend statues? they also cover our banners...not with banners of their own, but with clipper confetti LOL. they aint a class act and they aint payin homage.. they straight disrespectin us in our own arena, and their players LOVE it. i used to like the clippers too, back in the darius miles-lamar odom-elton brand days, back when they recognized that they were lil bro and that this was a laker town....but try goin to a clipper game wearin a laker jersey and then tell me u dont hate them. fuck them putos, thats real.

i just cant hate on them cuz 1. theyre LA as anything, theyre putting on for the city and im proud as fuck being from LA but ill always root lakers over clippers any day, even when they got shitted on i was still like "Lakers for life". 2. as a fan of basketball, i like their style of play.  But really though, the Kings are the real owners of Staples Center.  AEG owns staples and the kings.

I'm all for LA, but I hope that Warriors mop the floor with the Clippers.  And I even like the Clippers and have gone to more of their games than Laker games.  But like NIKCC said, the anti-Lakers shit is fucking it up for them by dividing the city.  I know the Lakers sucked this year, but I get annoyed with the basketball players talking their shit along with all of the Clips fans (whether bandwagoners or not) talking big as if the Clips went undefeated and won the championships already or some shit while also belittling the Lakers like they went 0-82 while conveniently leaving out the fact that they were plagued with injuries this season.  So yeah, I want to see them lose just to shut up their fans and humble them in the process.  I don't see them clowning the Celtics or the Knicks, both of which are huge franchises too that fell far short this year.

So fuck 'em.  They're a great team with a lot of potential, but I'd love for the Clips to not make it past the first round.  And then when everyone gets their act together, yeah, I'll root for LA regardless of colors.
