Dodgers' offense might have a lot of star power in there but they're also inconsistent as fuck and that INCLUDES Yasiel Puig. Adrian Gonzalez and Dee Gordon are the only consistent offensive players and the only ones who don't go 0-5 every two games. Dee Gordon, believe it or not, is currently our best player offensively. He put on like 15 lbs of muscle and now he can finally get actual hits. It's funny how we just threw him in there at 2B because Alexander Guerrero needed to develop a bit more in the minors, but now I firmly believe he has no chance taking 2B from Dee Gordon this season, short of an injury.

When the team actually plays to their potential though, their offense is will be unstoppable. The batting will eventually come around for these guys. Until then, FedEx's offensive shortcomings just cannot be ignored. On that note, Dodgers are by FAR the worst defensive team in all of the MLB, so maybe I should be more appreciative of FedEx's talents as a defensive catcher lol. AJ Ellis is a stud defensively as well. And so is Russell Martin.

I do like that Pirates have a plethora of young catchers. They told John Buck to hit the road in the offseason to make room for these guys, hopefully they have enough confidence in them to do the same to Martin.

I will say your welcome for Kuroda only because I actually am content with our current pitching staff lol. Kershaw and Billingsley need to return though because Paul Maholm is kind of sorry.
