Suge started his whole tirade about people he wanted to lay hands on with the name Ty Ty.  Wtf is Ty Ty???

I assumed it was Jay-Z's people that he rolls with. A friend and business associate of his.

he didnt say ty ty he said top dog talking about the TDE head honcho


he just kind of winded from smoking and walking about a hundred feet sometimes his shit kind of trails off and he mumbles a lil bit.
