Necro's got skills, not a top five rapper. Not a stretch to say he's in the conversation as far as producers though.
I've never thought about Necro in the conversation about top producers, but I've really liked almost everything he's done. He deserves a spot in top 20.

Rae asked what Necro wanted and Necro said if you want to use this beat it's free. True shit.
What a shame he put Kool G rap at 5. He's been using Kool G Rap style his whole career.
Not content of the lyrics. I'm talking rhyme structure & delivery. Necro is a carbon copy of Kool G Rap when it comes to that. I'm not taking anything away from Necro dude spits fire and is in a whole league of his own. However he is what Sean Paul is to Supercat.
