The last I heard they were gearing up to release their new album titled 'Glass House'.  The second album followed shortly after the 'On The House' mixtape, so I don't know why they haven't dropped their new album yet, since the last mixtape (which was great by the way) came out a few months ago now. 
They even had a street single called 'Party' that came out a while back, which I assumed would have been used to promote the album, much like 'Hammer Dance' was the last time around.

 It also mentions that new albums from slaughter house and yealawolf are expect soon.
