Yeah, she was trying to get smart with him.  Like when she was saying "I'm not taking pictures," which was true, but she was just using semantics in her favor since she was videotaping.  And all that shit she typed up in the video was fluff.  No one just records shit "just in case," they record shit when they think or expect something is going to happen to them... likely because they are where they shouldn't be.
