L.A.M.B. Interview
« on: December 02, 2014, 08:36:08 PM »
http://www.illuminati2g.com/untouchable/2014/12/02/l-a-m-b-interview/

I2G chilled with L.A.M.B. for an exclusive interview. We discuss their start in the game, their upcoming debut album, Violence Of The Lambz and much more so check it out.

I2G is here with L.A.M.B., how’s it going?

Sccit: Whatup, brodie? sfv livin, sittin here n hittin a nice blunt of some fire OG after this long anticipated Laker W.

Roccy: What it do? Another blunted day in sunny cali-for-nia.

Why don’t you guys introduce yourselves to everyone.

Sccit: I am the one known as Sccit. Just a young lamb in a land fulla sheep.

Roccy: The name’s Roccy AKA the bitch-killin pro.

For those unfamiliar with your music, how did you get your start and come together as a group.

Roccy: We linked up for the first time way back in Jr. High, Sccit was doin music on acid pro and all that and I had an appetite for destruction.

Sccit: Yup… and when you channel that appetite and release it on the mic thats pretty much what you get in the land of the lambs. Been doin music for a long, long time.

You guys have your new album, Violence Of Tha Lambz, that is set to drop on December 23th. Tell me a little bit about the album and what listeners are in store for once they check it out.

cd_cover

Sccit: Album is raw, folks.. Authentic rap. everything we been doin for this past year+ captured on record. It’s all there. Real shit. Real music. Real Instruments.. Just capturin’ the energy out west, where we smoke the best dank and chase the most bank. There’s a little bit of somethin’ for everyone on this one. Because of the dark premise, some get it twisted thinkin’ it’s strictly a horrorcore album. But “Violence” is a lot more than that- there’s no boundaries when it comes to this shit. We grew up on classic west coast rap and classic rap in general, so what you think, we guna sit here and follow trends as opposed to stayin true to what’s real?

Roccy: Listeners are in store for some straight heat! The albums got it all, like Sccit said.

We have had a slew of singles, solo and group, featured on the site and the vibe ranges from horrocore/dark, morbid music to a more traditional west coast sound. What is the recording process like with you guys in crafting singles and albums?

Roccy: Yea all of that…we just get together in the lab with the lambfam, smoke some good weed, and come up with these homemade concoctions. Organic shit. That’s why the people can feel it and relate. Unfiltered shit.

Sccit: Whether it’s dark or light, like you said, it’s traditional west coast with a lot of intuitive symbolism that goes over most peoples heads. Lota -cynical- cats refuse to see the truth, even when it’s right in front of their eyes.

Whatever we feel, that’s what gets captured in the form of music. We all have a dark and a light side, and thats what the music reflects. Plus, like Roc said, lota good drugs and attention to detail to bring it all together.

Do you have any more upcoming videos from the album?

Sccit: Hitemwitanother1 is the first video from the album, should be dropping later this week.

Roccy: Shit was too dark for the cinematographer, he bitched out half way through the video shoot, said there was too much pussy and weed in the room *shakes head*.

Do you have any upcoming shows?

Roccy: We’ll be doin some local shows real soon at my club, The Echoplex.. lookin into tourin world-wide with KT, as well. Check the website for updates on that.

What is your website information?

Sccit: lasmostblunted.com, facebook.com/lasmostblunted, you can also hit me on twitter.com/sccit

Roccy: youtube.com/nowiknow tweet me @ twitter.com/r_o_c_c_y

Appreciate the interview, you guys have any last words or shout outs?

Sccit: Any time, bruh.. I wanna shout out the good homie Diccsaw, L.A.M.B’s official drink, Zach Boonery, anyone involved in makin this project, all of LAMBFAM, M.O, Klientel, Greg wit Xanex Productions, Siccraised, K1NG PETEY, my boy Evaneezy (live instruments n shit), my faaamily, Sauce fam, Dub fam, any fam, fam, ILLUMINATI2G, everything is everything…God.

Roccy: Appreciate the interview, Sccit pretty much shouted everyone that deserved a shout out, however Id like to shout out my girl Molly, my homie Sid, and my long long time associate Mr. Red Cap. Thanks for turning me into who i am today. L.A.M.B.
