Help me tell some of the Outlawz apart from these songs...
« on: February 11, 2015, 06:30:05 PM »
Which one exactly is Muzamil Outlaw?

I have some of their most memorable tracks here, help me tell them apart from these songs...

-Obviously Syke is the one that shines in "Picture Me Rollin" on All Eyez On Me

-Obviously Napolean is the one that shines in "Life of An Outlaw" on 7 Day Theory

-Obviously Storm on "Run the Streetz" on All Eyez On me

now....

-Who is the one who kills it on "Who Do You Believe In"?

-What are each of their greatest verses that they ever did on Pac songs?

...For some reason I still struggle telling the difference.  I know Edi Amin is the fatter one that has the slow, more computer type flow.

lmao  you been listening to 2pac for 20 years and never learned Kadafi apart from the ohters?????

Kadafi is on Who Do U Believe In, i assume you'd have the Chronic 2000 cd where he's listed on it.

best verses on Pac songs (to me)

EDI:  Starin thru rearview, all the Dramacydal songs

Napoleon:  They dont give a fuck about us

Kastro:  Letter to the President  (released version), Hard To imagine (dramacydal)

Young Noble:  Hail Mary, Runnin On E

Fatal:  anything he rapped on

Yeah... it's ridiculous, I still can't believe I have trouble telling them apart.  You know when I was moving back in the year 2001 I had all my cd cases and liner notes stolen from all my albums in the classic 90's era.  The thief thought the cd's were in there because they were in the top few cases, but most the cd's were in those booklets.

You still didn't tell me who Muzamil Outlaw is....

And I already said I know Syke, Storm, Napolean, and Edi.

...I think it's Kastro, Kadafi, and Fatal that I have trouble telling apart.  You mentioned that was Kadafi on "Who Do You Believe In", but the tracks you mentioned with Kastro and Fatal have other rappers on those tracks so those references didn't help much.  I need one where they truly shine apart from the other Outlawz

i used to have trouble telling them all apart when i was like 12 lol

muzamil is napoleons cousin i think.  someones cousin.  worthless member.

Kastro was the one expected to be the most talented back in the day but Fatal and Young Noble turned out to have the best careers.  Fatal mostly.  Fatal's worked with some high profile names, like Kanye, DJ Paul, Juicy J, Ja Rule when he was at his most famous etc.

Aiight.. I think I can recall the distinct sound of their voice now... I can think of Kastro from "You Can't Fade Me" when he raps, "They call me Kastro and you..."  and then for Young Noble I think he's the one rappin the chorus on "You Can Ride With Us, Or Collide With Us, It's as simple as that for me and my niccaz"

...but you got to admit Fatal and Kadafi sound alike and Kastro and Young Noble sound alike

Fatal did a song with Kanye? That's kinda hard to imagine. What's its name?

Fatal and Kadafi do have similar voices and flows. This is clearest from All About U, where the two of them trade verses, and many people can hardly tell them apart there. Still, there's a clear difference. Kadafi's flow was the fastest in the Outlawz and kinda similar to the Bone Thugs' classic flow. Kadafi's rhyme schemes tend to be simpler than Fatal's.

Kastro and Young Noble, on the other hand, sound nothing alike. Young Noble's voice is the most unique in the Lawz, it's raspy and kinda gravelly. Kastro has a more high-pitched voice. His verses are usually pretty bland, but one of his best was on the released version of Last Ones Left.

Kanye produced it but didn't rap on it.  Kanye and Fatal were on the same label before Fatal went to Rap-a-lot

the only ones that sound alike are kadafi and fatal...similar voice, but their flows are different. fatal got the simple flow, while kadafi fits more words into his bars.

the rest are all unique, but the reason theyre forgettable is because u hearin them on pac tracks and they dont stand out the way pac does.

I see where you are coming from with this...i can tell them apart as Tha Outlawz but sometimes it is harder to tell them
apart when they were Dramacydal apart from Kadafi, even though the time difference was only like a year or two
