I haven't bought anything off iTunes in years, but I'm pretty sure they bumped it up the 30 cents for newer music.

Rumors circulating that he dropped this so he could get off his deal with Cash Money.

Downloaded, sampled it and I can honestly say it's the first Drake album I didn't keep.  Last two tracks are good.  That's it.

Because its slow and predictable is why I didn't like it.  Felt there wasn't a variance of style and very few guest features.  Yeah it bumps but I need more than that for an album to be worth keeping.  Has little replay value.

I get what you mean. I take it you felt the same way about Rick Ross - Hood Billionaire? I liked both, but both received the same complaints.
