Nah I'm kool on Real, no disrespect to tha man tho.He doesn't really have the Personality for it. And that's okay, not everything is for everybody
They say that Eminem gets special treatment because he is white, but I think in cases like this he is still discriminated against for being white. You know "Lose Yourself" deserved to be Top 5 but they didn't put it there because of they thought, "OHH, if we put an Eminem song in the top 5 they will accuse us of giving preference to a white man, so we have to put some lesser songs ahead of it so we don't appear racist"....btw, ya'll should check out the reprinted Eminem article from April 1999. It's an amazing article, from when Eminem first blew up and was receiving a dizzying amount of both love and hate, people didn't know how to take him at first, insecure white rap fans (like how Cham is) thought it necassary then to hate on Em until they realized how much respect he had amongst black hip-hop headz, and regular people hated him because he was coming with something different and new and was ahead of its time. The article has quotes from everyone including Dre, Em's mom, Kim, etc. It's a classic, it really took me back to when the article was first printed. Dre shows great forethought in the article, predicting that Eminem would go on to be "bigger than Michael Jackson".

The Beasties are on here numerous times along with other White producers.... so kill that noise before I devour your Troll Bait and eat it for breakfastAnd realistically that's the only song that should be on there by a white rapper. The Beasties only get this amount of notoriety becuz they're Jewish and one of the first to do it without going out looking foolish.NOBODY plays The Beasty Boys. In fact they've been on more Documentaries than Radio Stations & Countdowns in the past 20 years becuz NOBODY gives a damn except people who they're cool with just trying to look outThe Beasties are some of the most irrelevant and overrated Rappers to ever be acknowledged in Classic Content discussions PERIOD. You literally had to grow up in that era and have a distinct and certain taste to still even listen to the shit they've put out.God bless the dead but c'mon let's b-real here. The Beasties are products of privilege and nothing else

"Nothin' But A G Thang" - Dr. Dre f/Snoop Doggy Dogg I saw an interview once where 2pac was giving props to "Mind Playin Tricks On Me", putting it up as an example of real hip-hop. So I would say that is probably one of the all-time great tracks, but not as high as you put it.
Shut tha fuck up Cecilia.
