Suge Knight is lying when he says one of the people he mowed down was armed and dangerous ... this according to the guy who was hit.

The manager for Cle "Bone" Sloan tells TMZ, his client did not have a gun. The manager says Bone did not threaten Suge's life and there was no reason why Suge couldn't have just made a clean exit down the street rather than roaring back into the Tam's parking lot.

As for the video we posted -- showing an injured Bone handing something to a man who then tucked it in his waistband ... the manager says it was a walkie-talkie.

Here's what doesn't make sense. Why would a man laying on the pavement with multiple broken bones make the effort to hand off a walkie-talkie before authorities raced to the scene?

The cops are on Bone's side. They still insist the video shows there was NO gun. But our law enforcement sources refuse to explain why they're so sure Bone didn't hand off a weapon.

They can keep playing this game all they want but law enforcement has technology us civilians don't. They think the police just have the same video we got that's hard to see, but they have ways of enhancing videos. They can blow the images up and the quality wont suffer. They can even increase the quality. Hell, a amateur using photoshop can get the still frames and enhance them. One time may even have other angles from other cameras that the public doesn't know about. Plus you got people who specialize in analyzing footage and body movement and ish like that that can tell if they had guns. What they need to do is shut up and stop trying to fight this in the media before it backfires on them. Terry and Bone's people going to look real stupid if it comes out that they did have guns. Their civil suits, which I'm sure are coming will be jeopardized because they already marked out by saying they aint have guns when they did.

I think Bone had a gun cause in the video someone walks up (when the video points out the alleged gun) and he puts his hands up and then runs away. I think he was coming to see what happened but when he saw the gun got shook. Watch the video again and you'll see what I mean. TMZ puts up a red marker saying it's a possible gun. Look to the left and watch the guy approaching Bone and them.

By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;

6:9
As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;

6:10
As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

For me it looks like that it was just his reaction after he saw Carters dead body which must have looked really bad.

True it could be. I didn't think about it like that. Especially if there was blood. It just sort of looks like he puts his hands up in a defensive way.

I don't know if real life is like the movies, but many actors have saved their life by jumping when being hit by high speed vehicles so that would be my first instinct

it's common sense.............he wasnt even comin at him at high speed. u have way more chances to survive by jumping. either jump up, or if u dont have the hops, at least jump out the way. he tried to run out the way, which was the worst possible scenario.
