QD3 did the beat and was working with Tech at the time, after Pac and Tech hooked up Pac told QD3 he wanted to work with Tech on thugs get lonely too but Pac died before it was finished. The finished version from QD3 had Tech featured.......

so techs part was done after pac died?? cuz tech made it seem like he n pac kicked it, and even had that "thugs get lonely too was our slogan" line in one of his songs talkin bout pac

This arranged version of "Thugs Get Lonely Too" with Tech N9ne was recorded AFTER 2PAC DEATH.

Even if Tech N9ne knew 2Pac since 1992, he never recorded any song with him. In 1997, Tech N9ne already started working with QDIII who told him that 2Pac always wanted to work with him. Then, they asked him if he wanted to recorded a new verse for the unreleased song "Thugz Get Lonely Too", rumored to be a R U Still Down leftover.
