Leon Hayward "I Wanna Do Something Freaky"

^^^Notice the beginning of the song is "G Thang" then by the middle it is "The Wash".

it's clear now that Dre and Snoop were really going for like a "G Thang" part 2 feel when they made "The Wash"

Yeah, I figured this was common knowledge. I always considered it a "part 2".

I'm not sure what happened there but for sure after 9-11 happened it impacted the project In a big way, as I remember back when mtv did the whole making of the video the episode that was supposed to drop that day was "on the blvd", but the episode and video never dropped and they stopped pushing that single altogether I remember power 106 and the beat pushing. It's "the wash" and "on the blvd" then it shifted straight to "bad intentions" and DRE and team pushing knocturnal... Damn knoc was so dope too bad he dropped the ball with that album still Havnt heard a decent sounding version of that original album

They shouldn't of wasted time trying to push "On the BLVD".  And there should've been a video made for "The Wash" and it should of gotten a fair amount of push with MTV.

As for Knoc I thought he really had a great launching pad with his work on the Soundtrack and then that single with Missy seemed like another "My Name Is" to me.  I also heard "Night and Day" and it seemed like this dude was set to blow... then nothing happened.
