Girls?

I am an ok looking lad like.  I am boss to get along with but for sum reason when its cums to girls (birds) I go kind of shy.  I am 16 and I have never done nothing with a girl exept kiss and feel the tits like and I ahve never brough a girl home.  I havent necked (Kissed) a girl for ages and I dont know waht to do.  its pissin me off now I no I deserve better than this like.  Whats going on? Ahhhhhhhhhhhh
