yeah, Kadafi and EDI were closer because they were family, but I never said that Napolean was "closest" to Pac.  I said that Napolean was 2pac's "closest disciple"—as in student, prodigy, etc.  Napolean was the youngest and so Pac used to tell people that he was the "little 2pac" and "the next 2pac".
