Anyone see that CSI when they did the PCP story? It was tight, practically the same situation with someone getting an organ eaten, but it was some high school kids. "I don't know this guy," declares Suge Knight

*Suge Knight has responded to a lawsuit filed last
Friday that said his label, Death Row Records provided
Antron "Big Lurch" Singleton with drugs, including PCP,
and encouraged him to "act out in an extreme violent
manner to make him more marketable as a 'Gangsta
Rap' artist."

Suge insists that he's never met Singleton, an
admission that's now thrown the case in doubt.
Winston McKesson, the attorney who represents
the plaintiff, admitted that the lawsuit, might have been
based on a mistaken assumption that Singleton had ties
to Knight's label, reports Reuters.

"I don't know this guy ... Nobody from our company
knows this guy," Knight said. "I never even heard the
guy rap."

As we reported yesterday (04-14-03 EUR), Singleton,
a Texas-born rapper is awaiting trial on murder and torture
charges and faces the death penalty if convicted of killing
his roommate and eating part of her lung in April 2002.
