worth checking out?

if you're a fan of dude then sure, but the sound quality is horrific compared to his previous releases. something is seriously fucked up in the mixing/mastering and you can barely hear the music properly behind the vocals.

raps and guests are good throughout, enjoyed the first half more as there was a few dubious tracks toward the end.

For hip hop heads like me that grew up in the mid-90s to early-2000s, Erick Sermon was an essential in that period of time and was one of my favorite producers. So yeah, i'll still check anything he releases.

I thought this was just ok.  On the level of Chilltown NY but my only feedback is it sounds like some of these tracks were recently recorded and some were recorded 5-6 years ago.  The track with Too Short has the same vocals as the track "Like Me" with Lloyd from the Breath Of Fresh Air Mix Tape.  Track with Faith Evans is nice.  A few of these sound like he's trying to sound current.  I think the Jared Benton song is on Jared's album too.  7/10.  Good to hear something from E Dub though for sure.
"Now you're facing me, I'm your ultimate challenger.  It's the avenger, your fate is on my calendar"-Guru from "So What's Up"

LOL you're reaching... and anyway what does Erick Sermon rap about that's so fascinating?

EPMD hasn't had anything dope since the '90s and Erick Sermon hasn't had a good album since 2001, sorry for telling it like it is and no knock to whoever fucks with this

It only sounds like a shitty mixed/mastered album because no one has put up good rip of it .    the leak out it a rip for crappy stream .   what do rappers these days rap about that is so fascinating ?  nothing .  so don't use that crap .  wrong everything EPMD has put out has been dope including their last album in 2009 .   wrong Erick sermon had good albums in 202 with react & in 2004 with Chilltown, New York .  Erick sermom is one of the most underrated & greatest producers in hip hop ..  you are not telling like it is . you blindly giving your opinion.
