Neither of them comes close to the real deal. You can never mistake them for Pac if you just listen without looking. Same case if you are watching them perform. Memorising a couple of lines and reciting them in a similar to Pac's manner doesn't make you a good impersonator.

Did you see Tsalta Baptiste in the trailer for the Until The End of Time (China) movie? He does a much better impersonation of Pac there than Marcc Rose does in SOC.

Just because Tsalta is a better impersonator than Marcc Rose, doesn't mean he is a good one. Not once have I seen 2pac making gay-ass hand gestures and wrist movements like Tsalta does and yet he is constantly doing it.
