Harrison ford wanted out of star wars . so he asked them to kill his character off  .  so those bastards should be allowed to write future Star Wars films .

Those Bastards should have wrote him out, so he could return later or just re-cast the role. They had no right to kill off this hero just because their bosses bought the rights.
