i love that ep that's the one that made me a fan of his music i can listen to that ep from the first track all the way to the end without skipping
as for the beat who cares shit like this happens all the time good luck in them trying to get money from that ep cause the bandwagon jumpers and fake fans weren't around back then for Kendrick im sure that ep didn't sell well plus the remix appeared on Overly Dedicated which only sold round 12k copy's
