try this.....in a mixer put milk, bananas, potatos, onions, yogurt, carrots, brocoli,beans, salt, and ground beef, mix it up and then drink it. i drink this everyday before i work out its healthy the trainer told me. but be careful cus i get a lot of diarrea when i get home and when i work out i fart a lot lol but its worth it cuz ive gotten buffer ill post sum pix up later of me.....PEACE
