wut song is played n the beginging of the Natural Born Killaz vidoe when the cop is sayin all that stuff.. i also notice it on the Daddy V cd on the song "Git Down".... now is it a sample or not and if its a sample then wut song is it sampling

daaamn... thats a good spot!.. but i got no idea... maybe he copying from NBK intro? defo sounds like it... but whats even weirder is that theres some lyrics that mirror whats in NBK too.. defo a connection
