Henry got it and Jenas got young player of the year.

Wierd considering I reckon that it was totally Van Nistelrooy and Rooney.

Jenas would of been my third choice after Rooney and O'Shea!

hey boss, the topic said "Player of the year". Soccer should not be included in this category, all they do is kick balls  around and bounce them off their head, any game that does not require your hands... should not be called a sport

dude thats totally gay, its like saying all basketball plyers to is use their hands.  Every sport has its own way of playing.  Just cos you don't like it don't mean it shouldent be classed as a sport.  Foo!

I'm not a big soccer/football watcher so I've only really seen one whole soccer/football match this year, and that was a couple of weeks ago when becks belted a free kick in (think it was an england game).  Was a sweet shot, and the anticipation was like watching the last few seconds of Jordan at a bulls game.  You knew he was going to kick something special but it was unbelievable when he hit it :)
