I feel it's more so because Lynch comes from the neighborhood that Mozzy's rivals

Mozzy did somewhat give Lynch, X-Raided, C-Bo and them props for putting Sac on in his Vlad interview but he kept in minimal and did add in "they're my arch enemies" or something along those lines
