The album will also be professionally mastered and mixed.

i just saw that mail and thought the same thing, i'm guessin that kronik writes it but has permission, daz sends emails sometimes too but i don't think its him either

The advance is 15 tracks, so it's supposed to be 23-24 tracks

I wouldn't be surprised if the skits are some answering phone messages from Snoop, 50 & Who Kid..
And the 3 other tracks might be some leftovers Daz got laying around to throw on the album in a hurry to reach the release date.
