now u said correct. thanks for fixing it. :)

so go ahead and drop yout top 5 chronic songs.

bruh u must not be using your english correctly …. because that’s exactly what i said the first time

calling something weak means it sucks or it’s trash or it’s sub-par …. those are all interchangeable words in the english language

u said second half of the chronic is weak ….. nothing more nothing less

i honestly don’t have a top 5 songs on there because everything on there is timeless and serves its purpose depending on mood n setting fam

nope, weak doesnt mean it sucks or trash. if we talk about an album some songs set the bar too high, so that makes some album cuts sound weak.

for example "stranded on death row" might sound a dope record to me if it could be released in an nwa album. because that song, beat and vibe is belong to hardcore/golden age era of west coast. but "nuthing but a thang" and g funk changed everything so songs like stranded on death row started to sound weak and outdated. especially when u have to listen to it after chronic a side.

for example "housewifes" sounds dope enough for kurupt's "the streetz is a mutha". but not for "2001".

sure you have some favorites in "chronic". you just dont want to name because then you have to accept some songs are weaker than your favorites.

bro i get english isn’t your first language, but yea, that’s exactly what it means LOL

and when a native english speaker tells u so, you shouldn’t try to correct them

 :hhh:

if i told someone their rapping was weak or their game is weak … that would mean it’s no good. it’s bad. it’s off. not sure if it translates different in Turkish, but i’m here to help u.

also, weak n weaker are 2 different things lol.

i don’t think NWA classix sound outdated.. that music is timeless, which is why some more gritty tracks made the chronic even stronger than if it woulda been straight g-funk all the way through.

and my 5 favorite songs on the chronic would consist of the ones u called weaker, but they change depending on the day.

its not about english being your native or not bro. i know what "weak" means. same as turkish. its about where you use it.

i am not correcting you and teaching you english. im telling, calling something "weak" in any language can make a difference where you use it. if you talk about a single song or you talk about a song in an album overall. that makes a huge difference in every language. try to understand me.

no .. it doesn’t make a difference

i get what you’re TRYING to say.. but the term you were looking for is “weaker” not “weak”

if you’re speaking on an album and you say “song 1 is good and song 2 is weak” it does not change the meaning of weak, regardless of context

but at this point it doesn’t really matter…. the point is that every song on the chronic is dope, and most hip-hop heads would agree on that.

this is incorrect .. a couple can be defined as a few

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/couple

off the top of my head, an album where every song is dope but the album isn’t classic would be tha doggfather

Well you got a point there.  Doggfather definitely falls in the category of an album where every track is dope and yet it isn’t a classic.

Death Row’s quality standards were so high at that moment that there was no way they could have allowed filler or a wack cut to enter on to the album — they’d rob from Dogg Pound or LBC Crew stash “Gold Rush”, “Blueberry” before they’d allow filler.

a discussion on west coast hip-hop classix being built off the notion that man vs machine is mostly dope but not quite classic

Revisited WOMD today.

Definitely maintain that it's a better album than Man vs Machine.

Just a more consistent project. Highs aren't quite as high, but a more dope, cohesive project overall.

Lyrical gangbang
High powered
Stranded on death row

Are weak album cuts to me.

Everybody accepts A side of chronic is 10/10 but b side is weak.

Nothing weak about those songs at all, 3 of the hardest tracks on the album.

Just hope the Nas/Ice-T song remains...

Yeah i hope this remains but if you asked me to guess features id never see xzibit and nas on the same song. I thought we were never gonna see cube and xzibit on a song and we may have 2 in the space of months so it may happen
