[REQ] WHO Sampled This?!

I've been unsuccessfully trying to remember what hip-hop track sampled/sounded like the first 0:08 - 0:18 seconds of this for hours. Any help greatly appreciated  8)

That was the first place I checked as well, but unfortunately it doesn't help. I am fairly convinced there's a hip-hop track which samples from this. It doesn't seem to be listed anywhere though

Sound familiar to me too but whether we are thinking of the same track is another question.
