with .mpg its as simple as donig a de-mux (split audio from video) and a re-mux with audio the right length/speed/ etc etc

prolly not to different for m2v.. but not sure as have never tried it

1. cant connect to my home pc (to get flashfxp...) - must have dropped
2. cant get into that ftp from here coz its on a funny port (i'm firewalled)
