And I think you might add "overrated by Westcoast fans", because they are the ones overhyping them.
East & South for sure ain't doing it.

half of the mainstream west coast artists are over rated in my opinion. and a few not big artists like crooked i can be over rated online, at times.

50 Cent - He's got the slang. He hasnt got the massive skill that people credit him for. Sitting on Eminems Label and on dre's production can give any idiot a hit record and media exposure.
And as far as his underground material. It was just good in my opinion. Nothing to catch my eye and the media asking him how he feels being in the same league as Tupac Shakur?

Snoop - Just lost his edge and style. Depends on big named producers in the commercial light and wont take the risk of striking real street lyrics on his music. Too over-rated and paid the cost was a complete waste. I paid the cost alright. I paid the cost to be a moron to buy this.
