cause i was talking to this american bloke and he thought it was quite strange ...

basically i told him my mum had gone to rent a video from "chartbusters" which is like our version of "blockbusters" I mentioned that she had been gone awhile so she must be getting a tan ....
and he was like "what?"
and i was like "yeah in the tanning booths at the video shop"
and he was like "u have tanning booths at a video shop?" and i was like "yeahhhhhh , why   don't u?"
and he's like "um no"

Now that i think of it, it is a little strange ....
So in other countries do u all have tanning booths in the video shops ? ... lol  
i'm just wondering .......

Well we don't have that in Wisconsin... I can't speak on the rest of the USA, but I'm pretty sure that its not here as a "major factor" in video shops. There might be a few,but in no way do we have video shops with tanning booths... he have spas for that.

Yeah we have spas and beauty salons and whatever 4 that 2, but some ... um genius came up with the idea of going to rent a video and getting a tan at the same time .. lol
plus there not like normal tanning things where u lye down for about an hour and get tanned ... u stand up in it like a telephone box ... its like 50p for five minutes or something ... if u wanna stay for longer u just keep putting money in the slot like u would with a public telephone .. lol
