What is the Boule Foundation and how were they allowed to create such organizations in the time period when "jim crow laws" and when racism was at its highest peak?
In 1904, the first African-American Greek Secret Society was formed in Philadelphia, by Dr. Henry Minton and five of his colleagues. The Boule (an acronym for Sigma Pi Phi) and pronounced "boo-lay") was formed to bring together a select group of educated Black men and women.

@ the 8:50 mark you can see this Boule/Mason call upon freemasons and fraternities to support Kamala Harris. Someone who went from Indian to now "Black", who flat out said she wasn't going to do anything specifically for "Black" people and the kicker is there is a real "Black" candidate who is running for president, Dr. Cornel West.
