Someone several years ago posted some compilation here and this is the only song I saved from it. I still can't find any lyrics or any other information. I would love to hear more.

The song is called Ghetto Baby by G-PAC from the Compilation "SMG Presents Street Life Nation"

He's actually from Oklahoma.

yea i realized it wasn’t west coast when he kept referencing the south and then mentioned some blocks that don’t exist out here

they did a pretty damn good impression tho
