Nipsey Hussle joined me on "Good Day L.A." on November 15, 2018 to promote his album, clothing, and community work.

My colleague at the time, Leah Uko, had just done a profile of his efforts to transform his neighborhood.

Little did we know at the time that he'd be dead just a few months later...killed by Eric Holder on March 31, 2019.

Hussle's legacy of community work lives on...as the Marathon continues.

It was an honor to conduct this interview on FOX 11 Los Angeles.
