The beat that plays at the end of that trailer has to be from the album, and has to be courtesy of Dr. Dre.

The beat in the trailer is definitely dope (as someone else said, previously sampled/utilized on Sugakane); I’m still playing the shit out of that Andre Writer Bounce Rock Skate jam that we all though was a Dre beat for a second.

We have been anticipating another Dre & Snoop project for a while.

Whichever way it turns out, we are going to get content to discuss for a while.

With Dre involvement, production of the movie and music videos would be top quality too

Where is everybody saying this project was "Detox" status?

That's basically Soopafly DPGC and maybe Matty, I don't know.

I was the first person on this forum to say Detox was a myth, then everybody started following my lead. Having said that, I always thought Missionary was real. Here is an example:

IMO, the most likely outcome is that Missionary turns out like The Wash.  People forget that was supposed to be the Snoop & Dre reunion album, but it only ended up having two Dre & Snoop traccs.  Missionary will probably be similar.  But I hope I'm wrong.  I do think it is a real album, at least.

In hindsight, the first part of this post is embarrassing. I still can't believe Snoop and Dre finally reunited for a full album. I thought that was the myth. But I always knew the album itself was real. It's in a different category from Detox.
