Shit. Outta da Blue made it in the final tracklist. If Dre thinks that song was album worthy, then I'm not confident I'm going to like Missionary.

I remain calm for the time being from Dre and Snoop came so far not a single post or comment. Back cover looks kind of fake. The Death Row logo must be on it

seems like dre wanted his crew (ghostwriters, producers, musicians...) to show up with an officlal release and he thought that new snoop album is the best option to do it. just like he did with compton soundtrack to promote some new aftermath producers and artists.

according to the tracklist and features i feel like this album is going to be dissapointing.

i hope i'll be wrong but i don't believe dre can drop something great as long as he keeps his recent crew (dem jointz, blu2th, bla bla...)

we knew %60 of the features and they were exciting. Now we know who they are all already. only sting is promising. rest is k.a.a.n., smitty, coco sarai, jelly roll... we know all of these.

what is right with these features? i'd like to see legendary names or some new "promising" names in the industry.

nobody cares about dre's crew except of dre's himself.

I love Doggystyle, The Chronic, and 2001.  Nuthin but a G thang could arguably be my favorite song of all time. Definitely in my top 10. I think Dre and Snoop rapping together over a dre beat is my favorite combo of any duo of rappers.

That being said...

I didn't like Compton at all. It didn't resonate with me at all. I tried sooooo hard to like it. I wanted to like it so bad. Ultimately I had to come to terms with myself that this was a Dre album that simply wasn't for me.

I do like the song Gorgeous...its good. Not sure I'd call it amazing, but it is a dope song.

Outta da Blue is one of the most forgettable songs by Dre/Snoop (only one more forgettable is the one from Compton). Now, it isn't a bad song per se, but very underwhelming coming from Dre/Snoop. So if Dre decided it was good enough to make the album, then that does worry me.

But, I will ultimately wait to judge once I've heard the album.
