i believe most of these were already leaked, not sure why bomb1st callin it new .. it was from that 93-94 era for a planned album prior to “me against the world”

Yep, definitely better quality. I ignored Pac leaks for the better part of two decades, but find myself listening to them a lot nowadays with the lack of quality hiphop being produced.
