HOW will the West make a return?

I got a question, well, maybe two questions for y'all.....first, do u really think the West is gonna make any sort of major return this year? And if u think so, how do u think they will?

I pray to God that we return....but lookin at how things have been goin in Hip Hop lately, it is hard havin hope. I thought we woulda made our biggest return in 2001, after Dre settin it up in 99, and Snoop droppin the Last Meal, but we only made a mediocre return.
After bein in Florida, on the opposite coast, for a year of college, I didn't realize how different people look at the West Coast. No matter how dope a song is, if it's not on the radio, they usually don't think it's tite...I played Suga Free Y u bullshittin, some classic DJ Quik, and some unreleased DPG/Snoop songs to see how they felt em....a few people said it was alright but most people thought it was weak, and they were like "man stop  playin all this west coast mess." Now they LOVE Dre 2001, and a lot of em like "Beautiful" and they like all the Pac songs, but other than that, it seems like they don't even want 2 give the West a chance.
Even worst than this, is the fact that the West doesn't even support the West like it should. U kno things are bad when u hear people in L.A. say "West coast rap sucks" and categorizin us as if they were from NY...the reason the South and The east are on top right now is because people from their home support them...If we don't support ourselves, NOBODY else will.
Now lookin at the roster and the albums listed to drop this year, the only way I see us makin a return is thru major promotion, radio play throughout the country and on BET, and also every major album has to show the best of what we got. Snoop will never be at the form as he was on Doggystyle....his level at 92-93 can be compared to where Jordan or Pippen was at 92-93 to where they are now....but he needs to at least get back in to Last Meal form. We all kno how long it takes for Dre to complete an album...but hopefully, everything he touches from here on out will be hot, especially for people like The Game and Cube. All the new artists have to show our versatility and not just rap about gangbangin, because people on other coasts don't care about gangbang rap..they are more into that thug rap bs.
