i asked the same thing but no one responded(like usual about underground or anything before 98)..both of his albums nine livez and cloud nine were dope as hell.
if he would've came up around the time x did he would've blown up instead i bet. the original thug rapper with the deep raspy voice. fuck all the imitations nine was too ill...
