Did Daz get permission from the MJ estate to use the sample?  Or is it AI?

I think it's kind of suspicious how he only refers to the him as MJ and not Michael Jackson in all the marketing materials, which makes me think he's either using the sample illegally, OR this is actually AI and he's using a loophole by not actually saying it's Michael Jackson, but saying it's "MJ" and people are just assuming because this MJ sounds just like Michael Jackson that it is him. 

Or maybe he did get full sample clearance, but why not refer to him as Michael Jackson then?
