So originally "Head Of State" would be scored by DJ Quik and also include a movie soundtrack. The plans for the soundtrack was to include 12 songs produced by DJ Quik including "Felons". The soundtrack also included a posse track dissing Ja Rule and Murder Ink with DJ Quik going absolutely crazy that makes Dollaz & Sence seem soft. Everything fell apart when the executives wanted to add songs from DMX and Nelly, they also brought in another person to oversee the score of the movie which did not sit well with DJ Quik.

I just can't imagine Suga Free on a hardcore dis track.  He seems to smooth and laid back to be going after anybody on wax.  Quik for sure i can see.
